OUR MISSION
We are a network of civil society organizations and individuals working on human rights, peace and sustainable security. As an initiative focused on preventing and countering violent extremism. PAVE employs the following approaches:
- Prevention of Radicalization: Pave works with communities, governments and organizations to identify and address factors that might lead individuals to extremist ideolgies, utilizing early warning and early response mechanisms.
- Building Resilience: PAVE strenghtens community resilience against violent extremism through PCVE education, social cohesion and support networks.
- Promotion of inclusion: Pave fosters inclusive societies that reject extremist narratives and promote diversity, tolerance and understanding often through countering false narratives and storytelling approaches.
- Provision of support for Victims & Families:PAVE provides asistance and support to victims of violent extremism and their families.

Our Strategic Framework
The Partnership Against Violent Extremism (PAVE) represents the collective voice and coordinated action of Nigeria’s most dedicated civil society organizations working to prevent and counter violent extremism. We are more than a network – we are a movement united by the shared vision of a Nigeria free from the scourge of violent extremism.
